Kerry A. Jordan
Prior to coming to Entertaining Hearts, Inc. Kerry served 32 years as a Manufacturing/Quality Assurance Auditor for the Department of Defense. His extensive training and experience includes performing Systems and Product Audits, Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis, Process Yield Analysis and Management Budgeting Analysis/Implementation.
Kerry is also an accomplished musician, song writer and production engineer. His outstanding talent as a bassist allowed him the opportunity to perform with numerous regional and national recording artists such as touring with national artist Millie Jackson’s Facts of Life Band, Pamela “The Saxtress” Williams, Barrington Henderson (Temptations) and recording artist/vocalist Phil Perry. As a successful session musician working on the East Coast (Connecticut), he worked for Bi-Sarge Productions where he laid bass tracks for other national artists.
Currently, Kerry works as a full-time, freelance musician and Production Director for D’Mar Entertainment’s Record Label. As Musical Director for recording artist Ms. Jaz and her Smooth Jazz/R&B back-up Band JAMSET, he has written songs, and produced CD projects that have garnished national and international recognition in the USA, Australia, British Columbia and Canada as Top Ten Smooth Jazz recordings.
In 2012, his band JAMSET was nominated for Cincinnati’s Entertainment Awards (CEA) for Best Jazz Group based on their CD “Live and Jazzin” It Up”. During that same year, he was featured in Bass Player Magazine.
Kerry is a member of BMI Recording Rights Organization as a writer and is the owner of J-Basso Production/Publishing Company under BMI.
